Common questions
Is it really ₹99?+
₹99 is the monthly equivalent. You pay once for 12 months — ₹1,188 plus GST — so ₹1,402 in total. There is no monthly billing.
Can I see it before I pay?+
Yes. Build your site and preview the finished design on our site. You only pay when you are happy with what you see. There is no separate free plan because the preview is where you judge the work.
Do I pay every month?+
No. One payment covers 12 months. Nothing renews automatically — at the end of the year you decide.
Is GST included?+
Yes. Every price shown includes 18% GST, so the figure you see is the figure you pay. The breakdown is on each plan above.
Can I get a refund?+
No. Payments are non-refundable once made. Please preview carefully before you pay — that is exactly what the preview is for.
Do I need to know how to host a website?+
No. You get a link like exex.in/s/yourshop that you can share on WhatsApp straight away. The buttons keep working and we keep it online — you never touch a file or a hosting account.
Can I change my name, phone or photos later?+
Yes, as often as you like. Re-open your site, change anything and publish again. Your address stays the same.
How do I pay?+
UPI, debit or credit card. No invoices, no purchase orders, no sales visit.
What happens when the 12 months end?+
The site stays online and keeps working. To keep editing and re-publishing, renew for another year.
Payments are still being switched on, so no payment is being taken yet. What you see in the preview is what you will get.
